Sarso da saag
Steps

Take a cooker add all the saag then add salt and cooked till 4 whistle.

Cool the saag then take a grinder make a fine paste.

Take a pan add ghee then add ginger, garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min then add tomato fry till it soft.

Add green chilli saute then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder fry for 2min.

Add saag paste fry for 5min then add 1/4cup water then add gram masala powder.

Sarso the saag is ready to serve serve it by garnish of cheese and ginger.
