Ingredients

  • 2 cupsgobhi bade tukdo me kati hui
  • 2aloo bade tukdo me kate huye
  • 1 onion
  • 2tomato
  • Thoda sa ginger grate kiya hua
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1/2tea spoin red chilli powder
  • 1/2teaspoon gram masala
  • 1/2teaspoon haldi
  • Thoda sa hara dhania barik kata hua
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan me oil garam karein.
    Onion brown hone tak bhun le.
    Ginger bhi add karein.....
    Tomato add karein sath hi saare masale bhi daalkar bhun le.
    Ab aloo gobhi add karein.
    Achhe se mix karein.
    Gobhi aaloo soft hone tak pakaye.
    Hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
