Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspGhee
  2. 1/2 cupSamak chawal
  3. 3 tbspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspRose essence
  5. 1.5 cupWater
  6. Dry fruits your choice
  7. 3 dropsRed colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai add ghee and samak chawal roast til golden brown.

  2. 2

    Now add water keep stiring now add sugar and dryfruit..

  3. 3

    Stir till halwa consistency add colour and essence.. it's ready..

  4. 4

    Garnish with dry grated coconut and pista
