Ingredients

  • 1 packethakka noodles
  • 3 tbspslice chopped onion
  • 2 tspchopped garlic
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot (lengthwise chopped)
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum (longly cut)
  • 1/2 cupchopped cabbage (longly cut)
  • 3 tbspchopped spring onions
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 2 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tsppaper powder
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 3 tbspsezwan sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water (enough for the noodles to immerse) then add the noodles with 1/4 tsp oil. Cook noodles until soft.
    Drain water and wash it to remove the excess starch, set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan - add onion, garlic and spring onion and fry until slightly browned.

  3. 3

    Then add the carrot and cabbage and saute for a minute in medium high flame till it slightly shrinks in volume.

  4. 4

    Lower the flame and saute till it shrinks further.Add capsicum and saute for a minute.

  5. 5

    Bring it back on high heat and add soya sauce. Saute.Add green chilli sauce and keep stirring.
