Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspBesan
  2. 1 tbspCurd
  3. 1/2 tspSugar
  4. 1lincch red chilli powder
  5. 1 pinchhaldi
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspMustard seed
  8. 3Hari mirch slit
  9. 1/4 tspOil
  10. 1 sachetEno
  11. 1/2 cupBeetroot juice
  12. HAra dhnia for gaarnish
  13. 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl
    Add besan, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of sugar to it.

  3. 3

    Add chukander juice and make thick batter.

  4. 4

    Add fruit salt, mix quickly and pour it in microwave safe mould for 2 min.

  5. 5

    In the meantime, prepare tadka by heating oil.Add mustard seeds to oil.Add remaining sugar and green chilli.Add 1/4 cup water and give it a boil.

  6. 6

    When the dhokla is done, add tempering over it..Garnish with coriander leaves.
