Cut potatoes into fingers.Put in hot water fr 30seconds.

Drain and put in fridge fr 15 min.

For crispness.
Now take the potatoes fingers in a bowl.Put 2-3 tbs of cornflour.Mix.let stand fr 15 min.Again put 2-3tbs of cornflour and mix. - 4
Now in hot oil deep fry fingers.Deep fry two times.

For tadka..take a pan.Heat 1tbs of oil.Saute the garlic..

When translucent add tomato sauce, chilli sauce.honey..and salt,.Mix all.

Now add the fried potatoes fingers and mix well.lastly add spring onion and til on the top

You can increase or decrease the amount of sauces as per taste.
