Takee a bowl mix all ingredients and make batter with water. keep aside fr 1\2 an hour

Heat appam put some drops of oil add rai and pour 1tsp batter cover it and cook fr 2min then flip it

Now cook for 3min again flip and cook on low heat when t base golden brown and crisp.

Serve with coconut chutney
