Steps

Soak the dry fruits whole night with some water. (Almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, raisins, anacords).

Roast sevia or vermicelli with two tsp ghee in a pan. Transfer it to one plate. Chop the soaked dry fruits & roast in the same pan with two tsp ghee. & Keep it aside.

Allow it to boil for five minutes. Make a powder of nutmug and cardamom & add to it. Add poppy seeds, stir it well off the gas. Garnish with some roasted dry fruits & serve hot.

Boil milk, add saffron strands, then sevia. Let it boil for five minutes. Then add paneer, then add half portion of roasted dry fruits. (Keep half portion to garnish). Then add sugar and half cup water.
