Ingredients

  1. For Pav
  2. 8 piecesPav
  3. Butter to fry and garnish bhaji
  4. For Bhaji
  5. 2medium size potato skin removed and finely chopped
  6. 1 cupCauliflower florets cut
  7. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  8. 1 cupCarrot cut into small pieces
  9. 1Capsicum large chopped finely
  10. 3big tomato finely chopped
  11. 1big onion chopped
  12. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 1-2green chilli chopped
  14. 1 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1 tspzeera seeds
  17. 1/3 tsphing powder
  18. 2 tbspPav Bhaji masala
  19. 1 tsplemon juice
  20. 1/2 tsprock salt
  21. leavesChopped coriander
  22. 2 tbspcooking oil
  23. to tasteSalt

Steps

    Fry both sides of Pav with melted butter

  2. 2

    Take all the vegetables will 2 cup of water, turmeric powder and salt in a pressur cooker and cook for 2 whistle. Let the pressure release

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok....add zeera seeds and let it splutter...... then cook onion and hing powder till translucent.... add ginger-garlic paste... cook for a minute.....mix chopped tomato, cut green chilli, red chilli powder, salt as you need and cook till the oil is separated.

    Now add Pav Bhaji masala powder and cook for 2 minutes. Put the boiled veggies of cooker, mix well with masala in wok and mash with a masher. Adjust the water as per your requirement

  5. 5

    Boil for 5 minutes..... switch off the flame....add lemon juice and rock salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves as well as with butter.Pav bhabi is ready to serve
