Ingredients

1 packages8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbspskim milk
1 tsplemon juice
1 tsp1/8 salt
1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
1garlic clove ,pressed
1 mediumtomato,seeded and chopped
1/2 cupgreen pepper, chopped
4 ozimitation crab meat,coarssely chopped
2 tbspfresh parsely snipped

Steps

combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and salt

finely chop onion, add to cream cheese mixture
3

add pressed garlic
4

spread mixture over bottom of 8 inch container

coarsely chop tomato and pepper, sprinkle over mixture

top with crab meat , snip parsley and sprinkle over crab meat
7

serve with french bread or baget
