Steps

Take the bread slices and cut the edges from all 4 sides..now cut the bread into cubes and keep aside

In a large mixing bowl combine ½ cup maida, ¼ cup corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste and a tbsp of tomato sauce.

Using a whisk, combine well.Now add water as required and make a smooth paste. keep aside.

Coat the bread cubes with prepared masala paste and deep fry.

Fry occasionally till they turn golden brown.Drain and place on an absorbent paper.

Add a tsp of oil along with cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.

Now add chopped ginger and garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.

Now add slit green chill and few curry leaves and fry for a minute.

Add chilli sauce and crushed pepper and add some water and mix well.

Take in a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cashews.

Serve bread 65 as a evening snack or as a starter
