60 mlBoiling Water
60 mlCold Water
1 canApricots
80 mlCold Water
2 tbspGelatone
1 1/2 cupCream
1 1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupCaster Sugar

Line loaf pan with cling wrap and spray with spray & cook.

Dissolve jelly in water an pour in loaf pan

Place apricots, round sides to the bottom, in jelly.

Place in fridge to set.

Dissolve gelatine in water.

Heat milk, cream and sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved.

Allow cream mixture to cool to room temperature.

Gently add gelatine and stir till dissolved.

Spoon over set jelly in loaf pan.

Place in fridge to set overnight.
