Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupMethi leave
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. taste according Salt
  5. 2 pinchChat masala
  6. 1/4tspn Red chilli powder
  7. 2 pinchGram masala
  8. as per taste Ghee / butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Aate ka dough namk daal ke taiyar karein,

  2. 2

    Then methi ko saaf leave nikal ke cut karein then wash kar ke nichor ke cotton clothe me bandh ke rakh de jisse pani ache se sukh jaye

  3. 3

    Then add  chopped  onion masale ( namk, lal mirch, chat masala, gram masala, ( ajmain option, chopped onion mix well

  4. 4

    Then aate se loi le then loi bele then methi ki filling bhare loi banayein halke hath se again halke hath bel ke dono side se ghee lagake sek le

  5. 5

    Then  open parantha bana ne ke liye choti loi bele aur bich me methi ki filling karein then charo taraf se fold karein like pic then dono side se sek ke curd me chat masala, red powder mix kar ke tasty breakfast serve karein
