In a resealable plastic bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, paprika, and garlic salt. Dip half the chicken strips in egg, place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag and coat. Place chicken on plate/platter. Repeat until remaining chicken is coated.

Place chicken in fryer/skillet and cook at 360 for 3 minutes. Remove at once.

When cooled, chicken can be eaten as is, with dip of ranch dressing, sweet and sour, or whatever you like.
