Place raspberries & sugar in non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Cook stirring often, for 2 - 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.

Reduce heat to medium low.

Simmer, crushing raspberries with the back of a wooden spoon for 3-4 minutes until smooth.

Set aside to cool slightly. Strain or puree
