Ingredients

1/2 cupmargarine or butter
1 cupsugar
4eggs
120 ounce can of crushed pineapple
10 sliceof white bread cubed

Steps

cream sugar & margarine or butter well.

add eggs 1 at a time beating well

add pineapple then fold in bread

Pour into well greased 1 and a half to 2 quart casserole dish.

bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour. Put tray under casserole for spillage

remove cover and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes
