Ingredients

2 lbSquash
1/2 cupmayonnaise
2 tbspSugar
1Salt & pepper to taste.
1Beaten egg
1 cupRitz crackers (crushed) if need to add more
1/4 cupOnion(minced)

Steps

Preheat oven to 400

Cut squash, boil in water until tender.

Drain off water. Place in a large bowl. Mash the squash. Then mix in all ingredients, but ritz crackers. Mix well.

Place in a casserole pan, top with crushed ritz crackers. Bake for 30 minutes 400.
