  • For namkeen mathri
  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 5-6 tbspCooking oil
  • as neededOil for deep frying mathris

    For sweet mathri :

    Suji, chini and oil ko achhe se mix kerke dough knead kerlo.

    Ab isko tabhi bel kar different shapes m cut kerke deep fry kerlo.

    For namkeen mathri :

    Maida, salt, ajwain and oil ko achhe se mix kerke dough need kerlo. Ab isko 15 min ke alag rakh lo.

    Ab isko bel kar different shapes m cut kerke deep fry kerlo.

  7. 7

    Bana kar 5-6 hrs ke liye thanda hone ke liye rakh do.

  8. 8

    Jaise marzi serve kero.
