Larry's bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno peppers.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
cut peppers in half long ways, wash and clean out seeds. leave on paper towel to dry.
- 2
fill the cut peppers level full with whipped cream cheese
- 3
wrap each pepper with 1 slice of turkey Bacon
- 4
place wrapped peppers in a non greased baking dish
- 5
pour the soy sauce over the finished peppers in baking dish.
- 6
cover with foil and bake at 350 about 45 minutes
- 7
remove peppers from pan and place on paper towel about 10 minutes then serve.

I've made plenty of different stuffed jalapenos but this is by far the best. it took a while but they came out awesome. It is very important that you coat these 3 times or the filling may leak out. If you don't like a crispy crust you can coat it twice instead.

I made this recipe up,it turned out very well and everyone loved it,these were not spicy at all,I was a little disappointed with that. That being said ,the next time around I'm going to try chorizo or maybe some other spice in the original ones.
