Ingredients

  1. 5 lbbeef shank
  2. 5 lbbeef soup meat
  3. 1water
  4. 2onions cut large slices
  5. 2 clovegarlic diced
  6. 1salt to taste
  7. 5carrots cut in large chunks
  8. 3celery cut large chunks
  9. 6potatoes cut in large chunks
  10. 4whole corn cobs 1/2
  11. 3squash cut large chunks
  12. 1cabbage cut large slices

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    place meat in 12 qt pot. Fill pot half full with water. Add onions and garlic. cook until meat is brown.

    Add salt, carrots, corn, celery, and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add squash and cabbage cook until squash is tender. Serve with lemon, hot sauce and chips or tortillas
