Steps

Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in oil (I use an air fryer). Place them in a baking dish.

Layer the tomato and bell pepper slices on top of the potatoes.

Sauté the garlic and onion, then cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the chicken is browned.

Add the yogurt and let it cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is done. Then, layer the chicken over the vegetables.

Add the pickles and cabbage, then pour the sauce (yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, lemon juice, oil, and garlic) over the top.

Sprinkle sumac on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
