Ingredients

  1. Fresh chhach (butter milk)1.5liter
  2. 1 tea spoonadrak paste
  3. 1/2green chilly crushed
  4. 8-10curry leaves crushed
  5. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  6. 1/2 tea spoonblack salt
  7. 1 tea spoonbhuna zeera powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoonpudina powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter milk chahe to ghr ya bazar ka apni wish k according use kar sakte ho

  2. 2

    Take butter milk in a jug

  3. 3

    Green chilly ginger curry leaves ko salt k saath crushe kare is se easily achhe se crush ho jata h

  4. 4

    Then is ko chhach main mix kare aur 1 hour k liye dhak kar rakh de.

  5. 5

    Then use ek badi Seaver se dusare bartan main chhan le

  6. 6

    Ab pudina powder zeera powder aur kala namak add kare

  7. 7

    Lunch ya dinner k saath relish kare.
