The fact that this recipe does not have soup is nice, I never thought it could come out this way.

Wash matumbo very well. Then put to boil.

Boil for 1 hour to 90 minutes in a pressure cooker.

When soft, allow to cool then divide/ cut into small pieces.

Then put in a sufuria then add in oil and cook until a bit brown

Cut the onions and add in the cooking matumbo.

Cook until lightly brown. Then add in tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes get mashed

Then stir well. Add in royco powder and salt. Stir well.

Add water in 1 tbsp of water if it sticks in the surface

Then serve.
