Asian spice rub, mix all ingrediants and set aside"

Ginger glaze, Heat oil in sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic cook until soft. Add chili paste and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in honey and soy sauce and cook until honey is dissolved.

Heat grill. Score the skin side of the duck, season both sides of duck with sat and pepper.

Rub the skin side with a few Tbsp of the rub and place on the grill, and grill until skin slightly charged about 4 to 5 minutes.

Turn breast over, brush with glaze and continue to grill until medium doneness, another 3 or 4 minutes.

Remove duck from grill and brush with more glaze and let rest 5 minutes.
