Rose petal ko ache se wash kar lo.

Ab cotton cloth par rhakh kar dry kar lo.

Ab bowl me rose petal, sugar and honey daal kar mix kar lo.

Ab non stick pan me mixture ko daal kar melt hona tak medium flame par cook karo.

Melt hona ke baad elaichi powder, gulab jal and rose essence daal kar dry hona tak cook karo,aur gas band kar do.

Gulkand is ready to serve.......
