Cut yam in rectangler shap,wash and boil add salt.boil it for 5-7minutes.drain the water.

Pour flour in a bowl,add dry pepper,salt,curry and half stock cube.

Break egg in the bowl,sprinkle salt,add half of stock cubes,add dry black pepper,mix

Heat up oil in deep frying pan,select the yam from the pot and roll in the flour one after the other.

If the oil is hot enough,each side will turn cripsy and golden in a minute.

Flip over to let the other side fry.sieve out the oil in a frying spoon.

Break egg in a bowl,add salt to taste.

Cut the onion and fresh pepper.

Heat up the vegetable oil,add curry,fresh pepper and onion fry for 40seconds,

Pour the egg and fry till is formed and flip the other side to fry for 30seconds.
