In small sauce pan, combine cream, cinnamon and remaining butter

Bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour over crusts and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour

Just before serving, arrange berries over filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar
