Bake cake according to directions for a 9x13 baking dish.

After cake has cooled, poke holes into the cake using an end of a wooden spoon or a meat fork.

Take 1 cup of boiling water and add jello. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cake.

Refrigerate cake while preparing the cake icing.

Mix 1 cup of milk, both extracts, and pudding for two minutes.

Fold in cool whip until combined.

Spread evenly over cake.

Refrigerate until serving.
