4large potatoes diced
125 gramsMinced meat
2 Tbcooking oil
1large onion Chopped
2medium tomatoes sliced
1ts royco powder
1/2he curry powder
1/2ts garam masala
1/4ts salt

On a pan boil the mince till ready.Add oil stir.Toss in onions and fry till Golden.Add potatoes stir.

Add tomatoes simmer.When ready add some water and spices.

Cook till ready.Serve when hot.
