Ingredients

5to 6 servings
  1. 1/2 kgRajma
  2. 1/2 kgcurd
  3. 5-6cloves
  4. 7-8cardamom
  5. 250 gmdesi ghee
  6. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rajma

  2. 2

    Put desi ghee in pan till it gets hot..

  3. 3

    Add cloves and cardamom in it..cook for sometime.

  4. 4

    Then add curd and cook till it separates ghee form curd.

  5. 5

    When it becomes golden,add boiled rajma and taste wise salt to it..

  6. 6

    After cooking for sometime it's ready to serve hot....
