  • 4 cupwater
  • 1 cupshedded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ozcubbed monterey jack cheese w/ jalapeno peppers
  • 3eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cupbutter melted

    preheat oven 350

    cook grits

  3. 3

    while hot mix in cheeses and melt.

  4. 4

    mix in eggs and butter

  5. 5

    pour in casserole dish

  6. 6

    bake for 55min
