marinade
4 mediumchicken breasts
1/2 cupchicken stock
1 mediumonion, chopped finely
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 cupwhite wine
1 tsporegano
1 tspbasil
1 tbspolive oil
sauce
2 cantomatoes
1 bunchbroccoli
compliment
1 cupbrown rice pasta

marinade chicken for at least 4 hours.

warm your deep saucepan and add chicken AND marinade, browning chicken and cooking through.

when chicken is cooked, add tomatoes and broccoli. cook.until tender.

serve over cooked pasta
