Grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and grilled veggies

Clean breast part of chicken. Marinate into lemon juice 1 tsp white and black powder and mixed herbs salt 1 tsp olive oil. Set aside

In a pan add olive oil add crushed garlic and saute. Add butter and chopped onion. Stirr continuesly.

Add chopped mushrooms and stirr continuesly on high flame add salt. Cover and Cook.add remaining pepper powders and stirr. Add mixed herbs. Add fresh cream and stirr till everything incorporates and gravy reduced. Mushroom sauce is ready.

Place grilled pan on high flame and apply little oil place marinated chicken breast part and cook from both sides. You will get nice grilled marks. Add all veggies in same pan when chicken gets cooked. Add little mushroom sauce over it and cook again.

When serving in a plate add little biryani rice and chicken and veggies and pour extra mushroom sauce over it.
