Used boiled tamarind without seed. and grind them.

Heat the pan and add oil. Now add nigella seeds and red chillies and fry them.

Now add tamarind and cooked them for 10 minutes.

Now add chopped jaggery and salt and cooked them for 10 minutes.

Now add raisins and charoli seeds. Cooked them for 5 minutes.

Now tamarind sauce is ready.
