combine the hot sauce, butter, and garlic into a medium saucepan

over medium heat simmer until butter is melted, stirring occassionally

add Rosemary and corn starch, lower heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.

remove Rosemary and discard. Use sauce to coat chicken wings or tenders.
