Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrajma soaked and boiled
  • 4potatoes
  • 1/4 cupsoya chunks
  • 1 tbspGinger chilli paste
  • 1 TSPchilli powder
  • 2 TSPgaram masala
  • 1 TSPGarlic powder/ paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • cubesSmall cheese
  • 1 tbspBread crumbs
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rajma overnight, and boil and crush. Soak soya chunks for half an hour and mash them.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes and mash.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix rajma, soya, potatoes, salt, garam masala, ginger chilli paste, Onion Garlic powder, chopped coriander, bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Then take the mixture and putting one small cheese cube and cover giving tikki shapes.

  5. 5

    Then fry (shallow) the tikkis

  6. 6

    If you want to deep fry them, coat them with maida slurry and suji.

  7. 7

    Enjoy hot Galauti tikkis with tomato sauce and mint Chutney.
