Soak rajma overnight, and boil and crush. Soak soya chunks for half an hour and mash them.

Boil the potatoes and mash.

In a bowl, mix rajma, soya, potatoes, salt, garam masala, ginger chilli paste, Onion Garlic powder, chopped coriander, bread crumbs.

Then take the mixture and putting one small cheese cube and cover giving tikki shapes.

Then fry (shallow) the tikkis

If you want to deep fry them, coat them with maida slurry and suji.

Enjoy hot Galauti tikkis with tomato sauce and mint Chutney.
