Ingredients

  • 50 gginger in small pieces
  • 100 ggreen chillies (less Spicy)or red chillies for red colour
  • 1small ball of imli
  • 3 tspsugar
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and saute ginger well

  2. 2

    Add green chillies or red chillies kashmiri saute well

  3. 3

    Add Imli and again saute

  4. 4

    When done (become soft) turn off the gas add sugar mix well

  5. 5

    In a blender blend altogether with little salt.

  6. 6

    Your dip is ready to serve
