Mix the dry ingredients that is flour, yeast, baking powder v salt and sugar

Add the egg and the water then mix well

Knead well on a floured surface till the dough is smooth.

Put the dough on a greased bowl and covers with a plastic wrap. Then leave for 45 mins

Grease the pan with oil and dust with flour

On a lightly floured surface

Knead the dough again

Make small round pieces and place on a baking pan

Cover again for 1 and half hours. Bake on a pre heated oven at 180degrees for 25mins

Apply butter or cooking oil on the hot buns.
