Wash the uziza leaves and cut.

Boil the cow meat with stockfish with salt,onion and maggi cube.boil it till is well done and soft.

Pour in water for the soup inside the meat,add red oil.boil this for at least 10minutes.

Blend the ofo,mix with warm water,mix very to see no lump.

Pour the mixed ofo inside the soup and boil for 5minutes.by now the soup must have thicken.

Add the grounded crayfish,salt,maggi cubes,and boil it for 7minutes

Wash the periwinkle and remove the heads carefully.

Pour in the periwinkle after 2 minutes the uziza leaves.turn very well for 20 seconds and the soup is ready.
