Combined starter with milk and flour in a large bowl. Once it is mixed cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least 8 hours or overnight.

After the dough has risen add the sugar, salt, baking soda if the dough is still sticky add more flour. Spread dough out 3/4 inch and cut out in circles. Let it rise 45 minutes spray pan or griddle. Cook a few minutes each side.
