First parboil grated papaya

Take Kadai put sugar and water and boil till sugar dissolve

Then put boiled papaya and cook 5 minutes and do flame off

Now take 3 glass bowl and put papaya in equal in 3 bowl

In every bowl put different juice to soak when it's become cool then add essence and keep for 6to7 hrs

After 7 hrs strain all then spread on different jalis and keep whole night and then keep in sun for One day then you can store in Air tight container keep in freeze
