put lime juice soy sauce spring onions chilli ginger and lemon grass in bowl. season with pepper and stir well.

put salmon in shallow non metal dish and pour mixture over. cover and marinate in fridge for at least 30 mins

put 1 tbl olive oil in pan and heat until hot.

remove fish from marinade pat dry and cook for 6 mins turning once.

when nearly cooked pour marinade into another pan and heat . add salmon and simmer for 1 to 2 mins

serve on bed of egg noodles and stir fryed carrots pepper and snow peas.

garnish with chopped coriandor
