Aate ki loi le usko patla bel le or knife ya pizza cutter se thin strips mein cut karein fir strips ko two parts mein center se cut karein

Ab garam oil mein slow flame par golden colour aane tak fry karein.

Mathri thandi ho jaaye to air tight container mein daalkar rakhe.
