Ingredients

  1. 1 tspolive oil
  2. 3 lbchicken parts, skin removed
  3. 4 cloveof garlic, minced
  4. 2 tspitalian seasonings, crushed
  5. 1 can28 oz crushed tomatoes puree
  6. 1 lbmushrooms cut in half
  7. 2 largeonins, chopped
  8. 1 mediumgreen pepper, cut into 2" long strips
  9. 1 1/2 cupswanson chic. stock
  10. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  11. 1 packages16oz pappardelle or fettuccine, cooked & drained noodles

  1. 1

    heat oil in. 12" skillet over medium-highheat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on all sides.

  2. 2

    Stir garlic, Italian seasoning, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, pepper and 1 cup stock in 6-at. slow cooker. Add chicken and turn to coat.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hours, until chicken is cooked thoughly.Remove chic.,from cooker and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Stir cornstarch and remaining stock in small bowl until mixture is smooth. Stir cornstarch mixture in cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 10 min. or until mixture boils and thickens. Serve chicken on top of pappardelle
