Devein and clean shrimp

Add oil to a cooking pot and the shrimp

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes on high stirring often

Combine the stock, soy sauce, wine and cornstarch

Pour over shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes on medium. Stirring half way through cooking time.

Cut stalks off snow peas and add ears of corn to the dish. Cut the corn lengthwise if large ears. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium until the sauce thickens and clears.

If shrimp is cooked after 3-4 minutes remove them before adding vegetables. Sprinkle with chinese parsley before serving
