Ingredients

2 doz

3/4 cbutter, softened
2eggs
1 tspvanilla
1 tspbaking soda
2 1/4 cflour
1small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 csugar
1 cwhite chocolate chips
1 ccrushed peppermints or candy canes

Steps

Cream together butter and sugar

Beat in dry pudding mix
3

Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
4

Add baking soda and flour and mix well
5

Stir in peppermints and white chocolate chips
6

Roll into 1" balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet
7

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
