Boil the cow leg with, maggi cubes, salt, onion, curry, thyme then pepper; then boil rice for 10mins,drain the water and wash.

Slice the onion and fresh tomatoes,grate the ginger and garlic.
Put the pot on heat,add groundnut oil,when is hot after 40seconds - 3
Pour in the onion, ginger, garlic and cut open the tomatoe puree and fry for 3mins keep stirring. Pour in the cow leg stock and more water and boil it for 3mins.

Add curry, salt, maggi cubes, and pour in the parboiled rice
Stir very well and cover to boil then turn off heat once the water is dried up; serve with cow leg and fish
