  2. 1 tbspVanilla Essence
  3. 1/2 cupIcing Sugar

    Place all ingedients in bowl. Mix well with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Set aside in fridge and whisk again when ready to serve. You can be creative, adjusting the sweetness, adding whatever spices will suit. For example citrus rind and juice, Cinnamon, etc.
