Combine tomatoes, vinegar and Ball Fiesta Salsa Mix in a large saucepan

Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Cool to room temperature,about 30 minutes.

Ladle salsa into clean jars to fill line. Twist on lids. Serve immediately, refrigerate or freeze.

QIUCK TIP: For a more robust flavor, add an extra 1 Tbsp of mix. To makehotter, add hot pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste.

Don't have fresh tomatoes? Use6 (14.5 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes.
