  • 1 1/2 cupsAll purpose flour..
  • 3/4th cuppowder sugar..
  • Half cupLiquid Glucose..
  • 5tbspOlive oil..
  • 1/2tspbaking powder..
  • 100gMelted dark chocolate..
  • Half cupcoarsely grinded cashews..
  • milk..as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida main cashews,baking powder mix ke le.

  2. 2

    Olive oil,liquid Glucose and sugar ko beat kar le.

  3. 3

    Maida main all ingredients mix kar dough ready ke le milk agar jarurat lage to mix kar le reast de.

  4. 4

    After rest dough ko flat ke cookies cutter se cut kar greased tray main maida dust kar cookies set kar pre heated oven main 160 degree par 12 se 15 minutes tak bake kar le.
